When changing (forwarding) the delivery address, Yamato Transport will collect the forwarding fee from the recipient on a cash-on-delivery basis .

Please note that the recipient will be responsible for the transfer fee, especially if you are sending the item as a gift.

Please note that if delivery is not possible due to an unknown address, the parcel will be returned to the sender.
