[Care Instructions] This is one of the easiest houseplants to care for. It grows beautifully and robustly in a sunny location, but it can also tolerate shade, so it can be grown indoors.
Even if you are keeping it indoors, be sure to pay attention to ventilation and use a circulator or similar device to circulate the air if necessary.
This variety is relatively cold-resistant. However, since it is not a plant for cold regions, make sure to keep temperatures above 5°C. It can be grown outdoors from May to November. However, UV rays become stronger from June onwards, so avoid direct sunlight and place it in a shaded area or under the eaves.
Water the plant thoroughly when the surface of the soil is dry.
The fig-like fruits grow from July to October. If the nutrients go to the fruits, the plant and leaves will not get enough nutrients, so if you find any, pick them off.
