<placement>
It is possible to grow in low light. However, indoor lighting alone is too weak, so you will need to supplement the light with something like an LED light.

If exposing to sunlight, even light through a curtain might be too strong depending on the season.
Mosses do not tolerate high temperatures. When growing in sunlight, the temperature inside the case will rise, making care a bit more difficult.
If placing near a window, we recommend a location under an eaves where direct sunlight does not hit.

It is tolerant to cold, so it can overwinter indoors without problems.
Conversely, avoid directly exposing it to heaters, as this can lead to high temperatures and dryness.

<watering>
Water with a misting spray. If the lid is closed, it should be fine for about a week. The frequency of misting will vary depending on your room environment, so adjust the number of times to keep the moss from drying out.
If it dries out frequently, try misting morning and evening (or just in the morning) daily.

Open the lid at least once a week to allow for air circulation.

<fertilizer>
Generally not necessary. If you absolutely wish to fertilize, use a liquid fertilizer diluted more than the manufacturer's recommendations.
