＜About Subscription Service＞

• Products will be automatically and continuously delivered to you based on your selected delivery cycle, and you will be billed for each delivery.
• For "Casual Buddhist Flowers" and "Seasonal Flowers," we ask for a minimum of 3 continuous deliveries. (Cancellations can be made anytime after the third delivery.)
• For "Seasonal Branches," there is no minimum number of continuous deliveries.
• You can check your subscription service usage details by clicking the "Manage Subscription" button on your member account page, which will take you to the "Subscription Menu TOP."

＜How to Start a Subscription＞

1. Register as a member

2. Select products

• Please check the products here.
• The estimated delivery date is approximately 6 days from the order date. If you do not have a preferred first delivery date, we will ship the product sequentially. If you have a specific first delivery date, please enter it in the [First Delivery Date Request] field on the product page.

3. Cart payment

• Payment for the subscription service is by credit card only.

4. Product delivery

5. Automatic payment and delivery from the second time onwards

• Payments for the second and subsequent deliveries will be confirmed approximately one week before the next scheduled delivery date.
• You will be notified by payment notification email two days before the scheduled payment date.

＜About Product Delivery＞

• Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport.
• Shipping fees will be charged separately.

  【Subscription】Seasonal Branches 70-90cm: 1,100 yen / delivery (tax included)
  【Subscription】Casual Buddhist Flowers S size 2-bundle set / M size 1-bundle courses: 495 yen / delivery (tax included)
• ※Due to the time required for delivery and the need to maintain quality for all products, there are some areas where delivery is not possible. These include Hokkaido, Akita Prefecture, Aomori Prefecture, Okinawa Prefecture, and some remote islands/rural areas, Fukushima Prefecture (parts of Futaba District, Soma District, Iitate Village, and Minamisoma City), Kumamoto Prefecture (parts of Kuma District, Ashikita District, and Yatsushiro City), etc.
• Please note that the delivery date may vary slightly.
• To ensure the flowers are delivered in the best possible condition, delivery will generally be in the morning. If you wish to specify another time slot, please contact us separately via the inquiry form.
• The usual first delivery date will be shipped sequentially as soon as preparations are complete.
  If you require a specific date, please select your desired first delivery date. After confirming your request, we will contact you again regarding shipping.
• For delivery dates from the second time onwards, you can check the details under "Subscription Menu TOP" after clicking the "Manage Subscription" button on your member account page.
• We will send you a tracking number by email when the product is shipped.
  Please check the status of your shipment using the tracking number.

＜Changing Next Delivery Date＞

• You can change the next delivery date from the details of "Subscription Menu TOP" displayed after clicking the "Manage Subscription" button on your member account page.
• If you wish to make a change, please do so on your My Page at least 6 days before the next scheduled delivery date.
• For customers using the weekly subscription service, it may not be possible to change the delivery date from the member account page, so please contact us via the inquiry form.

＜Canceling Subscription＞

• If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us via the inquiry form. Deliveries will be stopped for those scheduled 10 days or more after the date of contact.

＜Other＞

• You cannot purchase subscription items and other products simultaneously. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please order them separately.
• Please note that product designs, specifications, appearance, and prices may change.
• We prioritize subscription customers for delivery, but continuous delivery may be suspended due to weather, environmental reasons, etc.
• Your payment information will be securely stored.
