Regarding regular service

<Regular flights>

  • We will automatically deliver products to you on a recurring basis based on the delivery cycle you selected, and you will be charged for each delivery.
  • Please continue with "Casual Buddhist Flowers" and "Seasonal Flowers" for at least three deliveries. (Cancellation is accepted at any time after the third delivery.)
  • There is no minimum number of times you must continue using "Seasonal Branches."
  • To check your subscription status, click the "Manage Subscriptions" button on your member account page and check the details on the "Subscription Menu TOP" that appears.

<How to start a regular subscription>

1. Register as a member

2. Select a product

  • Please check the product here .
  • The expected delivery date is approximately 6 days from the date of your order. If you do not have a preference for the first delivery date, we will ship your items sequentially. If you have a preference for the first delivery date, please enter it in the [Desired First Delivery Date] field on the product page.

3.Pay with cart

  • Payment for subscriptions can only be made by credit card.

5. Automatic payment and delivery from the second time onwards

  • Subsequent payments will be confirmed approximately one week before the next scheduled delivery date.
  • We will notify you by email two days before the scheduled payment date.

<About product delivery>

  • Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport.
  • Shipping charges will be charged separately.

    [Regular Delivery] Seasonal Branches 70-90cm: 1,100 yen/time (tax included)
    [Regular Delivery] Casual Buddhist Flowers Set of 2 S-size Bouquets / 1 M-size Bouquet Each Course: 495 yen / session (tax included)
  • *Due to factors such as delivery time and quality maintenance, there are some areas where we cannot deliver to, including Hokkaido, Akita Prefecture, Aomori Prefecture, Okinawa Prefecture, some remote islands and counties, Fukushima Prefecture (parts of Futaba District, Soma District, Iitate Village, and Minamisoma City), and Kumamoto Prefecture (parts of Kuma District, Ashikita District, and Yatsushiro City).
  • Please note that the delivery date may vary slightly.
  • In order to ensure that flowers are delivered in the best possible condition, we will generally deliver in the morning. If you would like to deliver at a different time, please contact us using the inquiry form .
  • The normal first delivery date will be shipped as soon as the items are ready to be shipped.
    If you need to specify a delivery date, please select the desired delivery date. After confirming your request, we will contact you again to confirm the shipping date.
  • For delivery dates from the second time onwards, you can check the details on the "Regular Delivery Menu TOP" that appears after clicking the "Manage Subscription" button on your member account page .
  • When your item is shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email.
    Please check the status of your item using the tracking number after it has been shipped.

<Change next delivery date>

  • You can change the next delivery date by clicking the "Manage Subscriptions" button on your membership account page and checking the details on the "Regular Delivery Menu TOP" that appears.
  • If you wish to make a change, please make the change on your My Page at least 6 days before the next scheduled delivery date.
  • If you are using a weekly subscription, you may not be able to change the delivery date from your membership account page. Please contact us using the inquiry form .

<Cancellation of subscription>

  • If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us using the inquiry form . We will stop delivering to you 10 days after you contact us.

<Others>

  • You cannot purchase this subscription service and other products at the same time. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please place separate orders for each item.
  • Please note that the design, specifications, appearance, and price of the product may be subject to change.
  • We prioritize regular delivery customers, but there may be times when regular deliveries are suspended due to weather or environmental reasons.
  • Your payment information will be stored securely.
  • For details regarding returns and refunds, please see the information provided under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act.
