[Place of Origin] Southeast Asia, India
[How to care for it] Keep it in a sunny location. In the summer, the sun can be too strong and the leaves can burn, so shading is necessary. We recommend keeping it in a bright room, but if you want it to grow quickly and grow big, you can grow it outdoors out of direct sunlight from spring to autumn. (Please note that direct sunlight may burn the leaves.) If you keep it outdoors, bring it indoors once the temperature starts to drop to around 10°C.
During the growing season from May to November, water the plant thoroughly when the surface of the soil dries. As temperatures drop in November, growth slows. Be careful not to overwater the plant, and aim for watering once or twice a week.
If the indoor environment is warm and well-ventilated, you can adjust watering depending on the condition of the soil, even after autumn.
Applying slow-release or liquid fertilizer during the growing season from spring to autumn will help maintain a beautiful green color.
