Botanical Factory is a company that produces "locally produced cosmetics" that incorporate ingredients from Kagoshima Prefecture into all of its products and actively uses plant extracts extracted in-house.

Based on the basic idea that "what you put in your mouth and what you take in through your skin should, in principle, be made from similar ingredients," our primary goal is to create skin care products that use ingredients that are also used in food whenever possible, and that do not have any adverse effects on the body when absorbed through the skin.

The company is also working to reduce and upcycle agricultural waste by purchasing mainly fruits that have fallen before they are fully ripe, fruits that could not be shipped because they have scratches or are too small, and fruits that have been returned by JA because they are wrinkled or have uneven color.
