With the new school year upon us, let's work hard at school and work with renewed enthusiasm!
I think there are many people like that.
This time we will talk about the fifth season of the 24 solar terms, Qingming .
What is Qingming?
Qingming refers to the period from April 4th to April 18th.
When everything is pure and vibrant.
It is the season when flowers, birds, butterflies and all living things shine with life.
Qingming food

Mitsuba and rockfish are in season during the Qingming festival.
Mitsuba is in season from March to April.
Mitsuba is often thought of as a garnish for soup, but it is actually a fragrant vegetable that is very good for beauty and health, containing vitamins A and C, iron, and dietary fiber.
Rockfish are said to be a fish that heralds the arrival of spring, and are in season from late March to May.
It is suitable for salt grilling and simmering.
It used to be widely available, but with the current low numbers caught, it has become a rare commodity.
Qingming Flower

The dogwood blooms during the Qingming season.
It is native to North America and is also called American dogwood because it resembles the dogwood.
It is also known as the tree of friendship between Japan and the United States, and it is said that Tokyo sent cherry blossoms to Washington State and received dogwood trees in return.
The way to distinguish it from a mountain ash is by the tips of the petal-like bracts.
If it's concave, it's a dogwood, and if it's pointed, it's a mountain ash .
If you see it, check it out.
