Thinking about the Earth
With the theme "Let's think about the Earth through flowers and greenery!", we will introduce some opportunities to think about the Earth that we have felt in our daily lives.
Camping debut!
It's the height of summer! The other day, a friend who runs a flower shop invited me to join him on his first camping trip, so we quickly went camping in Ikoma after work.
After work, I'm tired and usually take the train home. Today, I'm taking a ride up a mountain road in a light van that my friend also uses for deliveries, and it's an extraordinary experience.
Two men in their 40s. Wash away the physical and mental fatigue that builds up from everyday work in a natural way!
It's great to make your debut at any age!
We arrived at the auto campsite in the evening. Camping was simple.
Yes, it's a bonfire.

Caring for the Earth
First, set up the fire pit. Before that!
We lay down a fire pit sheet. Is it because the fire pit will get dirty? No. This is apparently out of consideration for the earth. It is to reduce the burden on the ground caused by the heat of the fire and sparks.
Hearing about the camping trivia you just learned will make your experience even more enjoyable!
The firewood used is cedar, a coniferous tree. It has a high oil content, so it catches fire quickly with a crackling sound. This time, we selected cedar because we wanted to enjoy the sound. Other common woods include cypress and pine.
Hardwoods such as oak and sawtooth oak are dense and difficult to ignite, but once ignited, they burn slowly and for a long time.
Once the fire is lit, it's time to cook! We were treated to a manly fried rice in a wok.
Men just shut up and eat fried rice!
The two middle-aged men, thinking about their surviving stomachs, refrain from drinking beer and toast with highballs instead!
A blank space of time
As the sun sets, a pleasant breeze blows.
I simply stare blankly at the flickering flames, listening to the rustling of leaves in the wind and the crackling of dry wood as it burns.
It felt like a blank space in the middle of the day, and was an incredibly luxurious experience.
"How are you doing lately?" "Is work going well?" "Did you have a medical checkup?" It's okay to have casual conversations, even if they don't stop. Immerse yourself in nature and enjoy the slow passage of time.
If you notice, go to sleep in the car.
Thank the Earth
It was a little rainy this morning. Looking at the misty trees, I was reminded of my school trip.
I felt healed and cleansed by nature, and my heart felt like a boy again.
Finally, separate your trash properly.
Thank you to the Earth for giving us time to spend in nature!
The two men returned to their daily lives with high spirits.
"Thank you for the fun time!"
Let's work hard from tomorrow!
